Dr. Schleicher is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery of the face, breast and body. He will work closely with you to understand your personal goals and present you with proven solutions to help achieve the results you desire.

Dr. Schleicher utilizes a patient-centered approach. His practice philosophy prioritizes quality over quantity and focuses on the efficient delivery of the highest-quality care. The patient experience is his primary focus and achieving superior surgical outcomes is his main objective.

Dr. Schleicher completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. He received his Master of Science degree in Physiology and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine where he also completed his internship and residency training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Schleicher completed his Fellowship in aesthetic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Schleicher's expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, combined with Dr. Rausch's expertise in Mohs skin cancer care and reconstruction, represents a dual-specialty practice model. Our physicians provide comprehensive skin cancer care along with aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in one convenient location.

Dr. Schleicher performs plastic surgery procedures at Henrico Doctors' Hospital, Forest campus. He is an active member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and holds a full and unrestricted medical license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
